Today we closed on the sale of the house that watched us grow into a family. The walls that held late nights, early mornings, belly laughs, tears, holidays, and so many memories I’ll carry forever. This home was our safe place. The backdrop to seasons of change, growth, and becoming. Saying goodbye isn’t easy, but it’s the good kind of bittersweet. The kind that means something mattered. And somewhere between packing boxes and signing paperwork, I also had the privilege of representing us in the sale (which still feels pretty surreal). Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Closing the week before Christmas feels oddly perfect. A full-circle moment. A reminder that endings can be full of hope and that new chapters don’t replace the old ones, they build on them. This year stretched me in ways I didn’t even know I could. Like… Stretch Armstrong flexibility I never asked for. But somehow, I still showed up for every version of my life - mom, wife, agent, teammate, friend, human trying to remember what day it is. Looking back, it almost feels like the theme of 2025 was: “Let’s see how much Nique can handle at once.” 😅 Between joining a new brokerage and stepping into a new team… planning a destination wedding… actually having said destination wedding… and then getting our house prepped, listed, sold, and closed (while representing us as our own agent) it was a wild ride. Beautiful, meaningful, exciting… but absolutely wild. (And for the record: 0/10 recommend cramming all that into one year. Or even one season. 😂) But in the middle of the chaos, I learned something big: I’m stronger than I thought. I learned I can be stretched thin and still show up with intention. I can juggle more than I believed ever possible and still stay grounded. I can walk through stress, change, and growth and still find moments to laugh, breathe, celebrate, and keep moving. And even though I don’t ever want this exact brand of “character development” again, I’m grateful for what it taught me. This year reminded me that endurance isn’t built in the comfortable moments, it’s built in the messy, overwhelming ones you somehow survive with a smile and a Bubbl'r. Now, stepping into 2026, the energy feels completely different in the best way. A year of new beginnings. A year of rebuilding. A year of alignment. I feel excited, hopeful, and honestly just proud of how far I’ve come. Here’s to fresh starts, clearer intentions, growth that feels good, and everything waiting on the other side. 2026… I’m ready for you. ✨
